- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was there twice the past three weeks. I had to call to get my test results. Each time talked to a different CNP than the one I saw. After my second visit, called about an issue - was told by different CNP that I probably had a disease and needed medicine. The CNP I saw, Erin, was very kind and understanding and genuinely wanted to help. I felt listened to. But this other nurse who called me, not knowing my medical history, just reading test results based on two visits, her advice to me pushed me over the edge. And they're not on the Epic system (mychart).October 03, 2017by Kim R
